  • STEP 2: Choose your preferred food option, do inform the Outlet that you plan to use E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
  • STEP 3: During billing, show your E-Gift Card to redeem it.
  • STEP 4: Online Redemption: Visit online.kfc.co.in .Choose your preferred food option. During payment, choose Gift Card and make payment.
  • Purchases CAN be done on Website/App for the amount or less than that in the card. Example, if a card has a balance of Rs 500, customer can buy for Rs 500 or less on Website/App.
  • Do inform the cashier that you plan to use E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
  • This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for Cash.
  • VALIDITY : This E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once expired.
